Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier (CCTA) based Grounded Memcapacitor Emulator

چکیده

A new emulator circuit for designing memcapacitor is proposed in this work. The suggested designed using a current conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCTA), memristor and capacitor. Behaviour of the has been examined frequency range 0.6Hz to 6.4Hz with help simulations performed LTSPICE TSMC 180nm process parameters. It observed that area inside lobes reduces increase frequency. In comparison other emulators reported literature, uses fewer passive components does not require analog multipliers, thus making it simple design. correctness efficacy design are verified transient analysis, non-volatility pinched hysteresis loops.
